Using Career Studio

Career Studio is free for students and employers. You can browse openings and resources without an account. Applying, saving openings, building resumes and posting roles need an account.

Your account

• Give accurate information, and keep the email address you sign in with secure.
• Only apply with resumes and details that are your own and truthful.
• You can delete your account at any time from account settings.

Openings

• Companies are checked before their first listing goes live, and a person reviews each opening before it is published. Review is a safeguard, not a guarantee of employment or of an employer's conduct.
• Never pay to apply. Our review policy rejects listings that charge applicants. If an opening looks wrong, report it from the opening's page.
• Openings marked as samples show how listings look. They are not real vacancies.

Employers

• Post only real roles you are hiring for, with accurate pay, location and deadlines.
• Label unpaid internships as unpaid, and never ask applicants for money.
• Use candidates' information only to consider them for the role they applied to. See how hiring works.
• We may decline or remove a listing that does not meet our review policy.

Acceptable use

Do not post misleading or harmful content, impersonate anyone, try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with how the site works.

Resources and community

Resources are general guidance; see the Disclaimer. The Career Studio mentoring community is still taking shape. Creating an account does not enrol you in a community layer or a mentoring group.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update them on this page and change the date above.
